Use your existing assistant to ask CommonQuant for public market ideas and, after you authorize access, research owned by your CommonQuant account. The interactive setup guide lets you choose ChatGPT or Claude and copy the server address.
CommonQuant website sign-in is separate from assistant authorization. The guide checks current platform availability; an illustrated demo is a simulation and does not confirm a live connection.
Start with your assistant
In ChatGPT on the web, custom apps and developer mode depend on your plan and workspace settings. In Claude, open custom Connectors; Team and Enterprise owners add an organization connector before members connect. Use the platform links on the interactive guide for current menu instructions.

Create a custom app or connector and enter the public MCP server address. This step does not grant access to your account or spend credits.

Does connecting automatically charge CommonQuant credits?
No. Setup and account checks are free. Approving a full assistant connection allows paid tools to use your available CommonQuant credits automatically when you request them. Each new report is charged once; owned reports and exact retries are free. Your monthly MCP quota still applies.
What if I cannot find the custom app or connector menu?
Check your assistant plan and workspace permissions, then follow the official platform help linked from the interactive guide. CommonQuant marks native platform setup as verified only after an end-to-end test.
