It gives large, cautious investors a way to earn yield on Bitcoin, which should drive massive new capital into the crypto market. Even though gold is currently falling out of favor due to rising interest rates, this institutional validation serves as a strong counter-current for digital assets.
Strategy approach
Construct a trend-following strategy for BTCUSDT on the Daily timeframe. Go long when the price closes above the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) and the MACD line crosses above the signal line. Exit the trade if the daily close falls below the 50-day SMA, or use an 8% trailing stop.
