This trade idea focuses on buying airline stocks, which should get a direct boost to their bottom lines as their biggest expense gets a lot cheaper.
Strategy approach
Build a rule-based strategy that enters long DAL, UAL, and LUV on the 1D timeframe when WTI crude oil (CL=F) closes below its 50-day moving average. Exit the trade if WTI closes back above its 20-day moving average, or apply a 15% trailing stop.
