Strategy approach
Build a mean-reversion long strategy targeting MU and TSM. Enter a long position when the stock's 14-day RSI drops below 40 while the broader semiconductor sector (SMH) is down more than 3% over the last 5 trading days. Exit the trade when the stock closes above its 20-day exponential moving average, or hold for a maximum of 15 trading days.
