The market is dumping Google shares over concerns about heavy spending, but buried in the report is a massive positive: existing cloud customers are spending 50% more than they promised. That means Google's revenue pipeline is locked in and growing faster than Wall Street fears. When a high-quality company drops on a big sell-off but its core business is actually accelerating, patient buyers usually get rewarded once the panic fades.
Strategy approach
Build a swing strategy that enters long GOOGL on the D1 timeframe when the stock is within 5% of a 20-day low following an earnings reaction, with a 14-day max hold and a 7% stop loss. Filter entries to only trigger when RSI(14) is below 40.
