With 87% of the market already expecting a hike, Bitcoin's price has largely absorbed the bad news — the asymmetry now sits with an upside surprise or a dovish 'that's the last one' signal. Assets sold off into fully-priced events tend to rally on relief even when the expected outcome lands. The risk is that the Fed goes further and signals more hikes, which is why the trade needs an exit for that scenario rather than an unconditional hold.
