Strategy approach
Build a rule-based strategy that enters long BTCUSD on the H4 timeframe following a positive surprise in the US Core CPI month-over-month data release. Entry trigger should occur if BTCUSD is breaking above its 20-period high within 24 hours of the CPI release. Exit conditions are a 5% trailing stop or a maximum 10-day hold.
