Google is spending $920 million a month on AI compute capacity, showing that big tech companies are still aggressively investing in artificial intelligence. This massive spending will directly flow to companies that build the chips and infrastructure needed to power these data centers. Even though AI stocks pulled back recently, this kind of relentless corporate spending provides a strong floor for the prices of AI infrastructure leaders.
Strategy approach
Develop a correlated-asset strategy for GOOG and NVDA on the daily timeframe. Enter long positions in both when the VIX drops below 18 and the semiconductor index (SOXX) closes above its 10-day EMA. Hold for up to 15 days with a 4% trailing stop.
