Thesis
When a major economy officially classifies digital assets alongside gold and foreign reserves, it creates a structural bid — central banks and sovereign wealth funds eventually need to hold the asset class. This removes a major source of uncertainty that has kept big money on the sidelines. When you combine this official endorsement with Bitcoin's current price strength and the fact that crypto stocks are already outperforming traditional markets, the setup favors continued inflows into both the coins themselves and the publicly traded companies built around them.
Strategy approach
Build a swing-trading strategy that enters long COIN on the D1 timeframe when BTC/USD closes above its 20-day high and BTC trading volume (30-day average) is rising. Add a secondary entry condition: if the previous 5 trading days saw a positive close on at least 3 days, scale the position size up by 25%. Exit on a 8% trailing stop from the highest close, or hold for a maximum of 30 trading days.
