Intel's $15 billion dilutive raise to fund AI spending is a sign of weakness — the company is buying its way in from behind, and shareholders are footing the bill through dilution. By contrast, Micron sits on the other side of that equation: its high-bandwidth memory is a bottleneck for the entire AI chip cycle, and UBS sees a structural earnings reset higher.
