At the same time, the highest-profile AI names are under a double squeeze: Michael Burry just disclosed a $1.1 billion bet against Nvidia and Palantir, and borrowing costs at a 19-year high hit companies valued on future promises hardest. That combination favors rotating from expensive AI story stocks into the chipmaker with actual pricing power today.
