Betting against these overheated stocks offers a good risk-to-reward ratio.
Strategy approach
Build a trend-following short strategy on the Global X Cybersecurity ETF (BUG) or major cyber stocks (CRWD, PANW) on the daily timeframe. Enter a short position when the price closes below the lower Bollinger Band (20, 2) with an RSI(14) below 40. Target a move to the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) and set a hard stop loss 4% above the entry price.
