This disconnect between Wall Street's panic and the companies' actual financial reality creates a classic buy-the-dip opportunity for the strongest AI players.
Strategy approach
Build a mean-reversion strategy for tickers NVDA and ASML on the Daily (D1) timeframe. Entry Condition: Enter a long position when the stock's price drops more than 10% over a 3-day window, AND the 14-day RSI falls below 40 (indicating short-term oversold conditions driven by broader market fear). Exit Condition: Take profit when the price closes above its 10-day Simple Moving Average (SMA), or exit after a maximum 21-day hold period. Risk Management: Apply a strict 8% stop loss from the entry price to protect against further market downside.
