Fed signals higher rates coming — bet against long-term government bonds

Thesis
When the central bank signals that interest rates will climb, older bonds suddenly become worth less because new ones pay higher returns. Big money managers are currently rushing to dump their long-term government bonds. You can bet against the value of these long-term bonds by trading a fund that tracks them. As long as the Fed keeps pushing rates up, the price of this fund should continue to drop.
Strategy approach
Build a rule-based strategy that enters short TLT (iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF) on the 1D timeframe when the 10-day SMA crosses above the 50-day SMA and the MACD histogram is positive. Exit the trade if the price closes below the 20-day SMA. Use a 4% stop loss.
