Usually rate hikes scare stock investors, but this time markets rallied on the hike because falling oil and falling bond yields convinced investors inflation can be tamed — the classic 'good news' interpretation. Both stocks and Treasuries rising together tells us this is a broad risk-on rotation, not a one-day bounce.
