Iran peace deal de-escalation + strong ETF inflows — buy the bitcoin breakout
Thesis
A signed Iran peace deal removes a major source of global uncertainty, and markets love certainty. Bitcoin already started rallying on the news because investors feel safer taking on risk. On top of that, bitcoin ETFs just snapped a five-day streak of money flowing out, with institutions pouring fresh cash back in. With SpaceX's IPO adding fuel to the risk-on mood, bitcoin has a clear runway to climb over the next one to two weeks.
Strategy approach
Build a long-only strategy for BTCUSDT on the H4 timeframe. Enter when price closes above the 20-period EMA, the 20-period EMA is above the 50-period EMA, and RSI(14) is between 50 and 68. Exit on a close below the 20-period EMA or if RSI(14) exceeds 78. Use a 4% trailing stop. Maximum hold of 10 days.
