Make AI-assisted research reliable enough to question, inspect, and improve.

What you’ll do

Lead the architecture of research agents, evaluations, evidence pipelines, and durable workflows. Make failures visible and ensure every material claim can be traced to its sources.

What you’ll bring

You have led complex production systems and have hands-on experience evaluating and operating AI agents. You combine technical depth with the judgment to keep systems simple.

Pay and ownership

Every role has a fixed annual gross base salary in US dollars, paid in cash through payroll. Equity and employer benefits are additional. These figures are before personal taxes and employee deductions. If payroll uses another currency, we agree the conversion method in your offer.

We apply the published salary for each role globally, without a location discount.

Every employee receives a direct share grant in the company, rather than stock options. Your offer states the number of shares, ownership percentage on a fully diluted basis, vesting schedule, share rights, and applicable tax treatment before you sign. Private-company shares are not guaranteed to be liquid or retain their value.

Local benefits, on top.

Singapore: full statutory employer CPF contributions on top of base salary for eligible citizens and permanent residents. The employee share remains a payroll deduction. United States: a 401(k) with employer matching for eligible US employees, based on plan eligibility rather than citizenship. Eligible US employees also have access to HSA/FSA options. Elsewhere: applicable employer pension and social contributions. Your offer includes the local benefit schedule, allowance amounts, insurance coverage, and retirement-plan terms before you commit.

Unlimited leave. A real minimum.

Take at least 36 working days of paid vacation per full year, with a prorated minimum for your first partial year. This is a requirement, not a target or a cap. Public holidays, sick leave, and parental leave are separate. Managers plan coverage and check that everyone actually disconnects.
